You can return products in unused condition within seven days of your purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused with product tags still attached. Weekly Maintenance:

We recommend performing a conditioner-only wash (CoWash) 2-3 times per week. This process helps maintain moisture levels and removes build-up that can lead to tangling or matting. For added care, use a deep conditioner with smoothing benefits to keep frizz at bay.

Steps for an Effective Co-Wash:

• Section Hair: Divide your hair into 7-10 manageable sections.
  
• Detangle: Gently detangle each section using a wide-tooth comb or wave brush, starting from the tips and working your way up to the roots.
  
• Wet Thoroughly: Ensure the hair is fully saturated with water. Work in 1-inch sections, starting at the bottom of your install. Clip the rest of your hair up for easy access. Generously coat each section with conditioner.
  
• Detangle Again: Use a brush to carefully detangle each section, working from ends to roots. Repeat twice for thorough detangling.
  
• Let It Sit: Twist or braid the hair after detangling and leave the conditioner in for 15-20 minutes. Avoid scrubbing to minimize frizz.
  
• Rinse: Rinse thoroughly, scrunching the hair gently to enhance wave patterns. Dry with a microfiber towel, or let air dry for best results.
  
• Finish: Apply a small amount of smoothing oil or shine serum to reduce frizz and enhance shine.

Intensive Care:

Once a month or between installs, treat your extensions with a deep conditioning masque or hot oil treatment to keep the hair nourished and prolong its lifespan.
Daily Care.

Daily Care:

Gently comb or brush your hair to style.
Use an alcohol-free serum or gloss to control frizz and add shine. Avoid overloading with product, as this can lead to build-up.
When you notice product residue, it's time for a CoWash.
Always use a heat protectant when using styling tools. Excessive heat can alter the wave pattern and damage the hair, similar to natural hair.

Night Care:

Secure your hair in a high ponytail or bun to preserve its wave pattern.
Wrap your hair in a satin scarf or use a satin bonnet to prevent frizz and flyaways.
For defined waves, set your hair with flexi-rods overnight. In the morning, remove the rods and gently comb through, starting at the ends.
